26 Motors transformed the traditional car-buying experience into a highly shareable, social-first retail moment. The brand created a laid-back, stress-free environment where customers felt celebrated. Signature experiences like the red carpet confetti celebrations, luxury vehicle reveals, and high-energy customer videos helped turn each purchase into a VIP moment. This approach made the dealership feel less transactional and more experiential, helping the brand build strong online visibility and become a viral social media sensation.

My Role

As Marketing and Brand Manager, I supported the strategy and execution behind this retail marketing experience across digital, creative, and in-person touchpoints. My role included digital marketing, public relations, social media direction, digital advertising, branding, creative direction, and retail experience development. I also led a creative team that included content creators, photographers, and videographers, guiding the visual direction of campaigns and customer-focused content to ensure every brand moment felt polished, engaging, and aligned with the 26 Motors identity.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

My Role

I led the creative direction behind 26 Motors’ visual identity, guiding a team of content creators, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality editorial content that elevated the brand beyond a traditional dealership. Through luxury-focused campaigns, social-first storytelling, customer delivery moments, celebrity-driven content, and polished automotive visuals, we helped shape 26 Motors into a lifestyle-driven retail brand with a strong digital presence. This creative strategy supported the company’s growth into one of New York’s leading independent luxury dealers, helping attract high-profile names such as 50 Cent and influencers like Corey B., while reinforcing the brand as aspirational, energetic, and culturally relevant.

BRANDING

The branding centered on lifestyle identity with branded materials that helped turn the team itself into part of the brand experience, reinforcing a unified company culture. The experience included branded keychains given to customers, creating a lasting reminder of the 26 Motors experience beyond the showroom.

RETAIL EXPERIENCE

The retail experience was built around trust, celebration, and a relaxed VIP approach. The strategy was rooted in customer trust. Instead of focusing campaigns on the product, we highlighted the full customer journey. From testimonial videos that gave buyers confidence through real customer stories, to red carpet deliveries that made each purchase feel like a memorable event. This experience-first strategy helped shift 26 Motors from being seen as a regular dealership to a lifestyle-driven automotive brand. Customers wanted to be part of the moment, walk the red carpet, celebrate with confetti, and experience the same energy they had seen online. By making the buying process feel personal, exciting, and highly shareable, 26 Motors created a retail environment that built trust while turning each delivery into a brand moment.

DIGITAL MARKETING | CONTENT

The digital marketing strategy focused on creating authentic, shareable content around unique car trims, standout vehicle features, customer testimonials, the showroom, and the company culture. Through this content direction, we grew Instagram from 3K to 40K followers in two years and launched TikTok from scratch, reaching 60K followers. We also ran Meta and Google campaigns to drive showroom traffic, build brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads, while connecting digitally with influencers to expand the brand’s reach and lifestyle presence.
