The Slab Gallery campaign marked a significant brand expansion for Nemo Tile + Stone as the company entered the stone and porcelain slab market. The initiative brought together a full suite of marketing channels, including public relations, editorial outreach, digital marketing, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and experiential programming. These efforts culminated in a grand opening event that celebrated the company’s legacy while introducing a new chapter of innovation.

I oversaw all aspects of the store launch, from creative direction and brand development to event production, logistics, signage coordination, sponsorship integration, and partnership management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I led the creative team to ensure each channel worked together cohesively to deliver impact, strengthen the brand narrative, and elevate the company’s presence within the design community.

The Slab Gallery opening campaign encompassed a series of targeted press placements across local news outlets and interior design publications. To spearhead this initiative, I worked closely with a public relations agency to craft the brand manifesto and press releases, ensuring the story reflected both the innovation of the space and the company’s heritage. The goal was to build local awareness while reinforcing the brand narrative, positioning the Slab Gallery as a design destination rooted in legacy, craftsmanship, and creativity. Editorial placements included Interior Design, HC&G, Aspire, and Design NJ.

Events

The Slab Gallery campaign unfolded through a series of events designed to build excitement and engagement, from internal previews to public launches. Each event was supported by a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that included targeted newsletters, cross-promotional social media campaigns across a variety of channels, and Eventbrite. Press releases and media placements amplified awareness of the grand opening, supported by an incentive-driven outreach strategy that drew strong attendance and engagement.

The launch event brought together industry leaders, brand partners, sponsors, and media for an immersive evening that reflected Nemo Tile + Stone’s evolving identity. From concept development and creative direction, event branding, and partner activations, every element of the campaign was rooted in storytelling, visual cohesion, and a seamless guest experience that connected product with design inspiration. The campaign featured two main events: a private “sneak peek” tour of the pre-launch gallery, followed by the official Grand Opening celebration. My role encompassed creative direction across all marketing campaigns, as well as event coordination, logistics, public relations, partner sponsorships, and budget management, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact experience from concept to execution.

The digital campaign supported the Slab Gallery launch through a mix of website updates, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, retargeting, and digital press. Each channel was developed to communicate the scale of the space, the accessibility of the showroom, and the quality and availability of the product offering. The goal was to position the Slab Gallery as a resource for designers and trade professionals working on large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. My role focused on leading the creative team through each initiative, from concept development and creative direction to final execution.

  • Conducted research and reviewed case studies to identify the right trade audiences for the campaign.

  • Targeted contractors, developers, fabricators, and interior designers looking for flexibility, reliable sourcing, and large-format material options.

  • Curated targeted email lists to support brand awareness, trade outreach, and event attendance.

  • Developed messaging around the showroom experience, product availability, and the benefits of

    large-format porcelain panels and stone slabs.

  • Supported digital advertising and retargeting campaigns to keep the launch top of mind and increase engagement.

  • Used strong visuals and storytelling across social media, email, and digital press to position Nemo Tile + Stone as a leader in design, innovation, and material solutions.

As Head of Marketing, I led the creative direction for content development, guiding the creative team in producing strong visual storytelling centered on materials, design concepts, and real-world applications that brought the products to life.

  • Directed photography centered on color, texture, and material application.

  • Developed visual ideas using tile, stone, and porcelain slabs as the foundation for each story.

  • Conceptualized and designed room scenes myself, using my understanding of interiors and materials to shape each rendering.
